Just/Now

Does it make sense to say "you did that now" (descrbing an action that happened in the same minute)?
"You just did it" is the right sentence, but that might also imply that the person barely did it or the person could not do more than the minimal requirement.

Another example:
Speaker A (after giving the second explanation for the same concept): Did you understand the concept now?
Speaker B: I got it now (or) I'm getting it now
