Justin Bieber music

On another forum, there's a thread about how the police know a person's identification if he lost everything that can identify him, i.e. driving license, ID card, etc.

A forum user replied as below:

Charge him with first degree murder. When he calls a lawyer get the information from the voucher he must sign that he can't afford an attorney. If he uses a fake name his attorney will dissuade him from persevering with his charade. As a last result you can put him in a cell and pump Justin Bieber music in until he folds.

I know "Justin Bieber" is a singer, but I'm not sure whether I heard about his music. Do you know why the poster mentioned his music?

I speculated the poster just indicated that he loathed his music in jest.
