Just wanna know the meaning

just want the meaning of this paragraph

I Make love wordlessly and urgently,
Most people respond favorably to my intense focus. Occasionally someone will take offense,
but that only makes the challenge more exciting. One of my favorite seduction techniques

Well, in my opinion, it's not really profound.
