What is the difference between 'just' and 'just now'
and what type of tenses should i use for the above cases?

can i use just without 'have'?
eg.
i have just taken my meal
and
i just taken(or took?) my meal

'Just' has no relationship with the verb form: the verb form must be the same whether or not 'just' (or any other adverb) is used.
