Hi,
Please kindly correct my email. I do not know how to say "just so you know" or "for your information" without sounding rude so I wrote the below sentences instead. Please note the receiver of this email is higher in position than me. Thanks.
Thank you for your email. Just letting you know that Ms. Smith is no longer connected with Finance Division; she's with Property Section under Admin, headed by Mr. Nielsen.
