Just or only

I'm studying about the difference between the two similar adverbs: just and only. Could you please evaluate each of the following four sentences depending on whether it is natural? --

(B) Only getting some exercise will help you control your weight.
(C) Just getting some exercise won't be enough to lose your weight.
(D) Only getting some exercise won't be enough to lose your weight.
