Just or only

Hello,

Is it possible to use just and only interchangeably?
He comes here only/just on Sundays.

I am learning French only/just.

This book was taken from the library yesterday only/just.

He was sent to the hospital only/just three days ago.

Does the position of 'just' change the meaning of a sentence?

Thanks

Just and only sometimes mean the same. If you had numbered your examples, 1, 4, 6 and 7 would be correct, with just and only being interchangeable and in the right position. But both words have a number of different meanings besides.
