Just Check this paragraph and give me few suggestions
Q. But why it has been lapsed. At the time when I had taken this connection I had been told that this is a life time power. But now you people are changing your words.
Ans. No Sir, at the time when you had taken this connection, your power (250 & 99) had no validity. Company said that if ou use this power along with your lifetime it will continue with it but how long it was'nt said. But in the month of february it was decided to be a monthly power. But because of company benifit you were getting this till the time. Now company is withdrawing it from the market.
please give me suggestion as well...thanking you

I still don't understand a lot of what you are talking about. However, I'll try to suggest some improvements to this. The main one is that I don't see any reason to use the Past Perfect.
