Just came to know that satisfactory and satisfying are two different things but I have a doubt
If something is satisfactory it means it satisfies a particular condition
And if something's satisfying it means it provides pleasure
Then what does satisfactory mean in this sentence
I didn't get a satisfactory reply from Dawn when I asked her out.
