Could you help me with this please?

1 He could come home at midnight just as he can come home at 3 am, I don't know when he'll come home.
2 I stripped naked and he didn't so much as flinch. It's as if he's attracted to men.
3 I lived the neighbourhood/in the neighbourhood for 3 years.
4 200000 dollars in the price estimation of raising your child until the age of 18./of what it'd cost to raise... (how would you say it?)
5 Don't reproach someone with something that you could be reproached with yourself.

Could and can mean about the same thing. Unless you want the two time periods to be somehow different, use one or the other.
