Is it natural to say 'just as easily/fast' in this context?

It could just as easily be at his dad's house as here at his mom's. We will never find it if he doesn't tell us where it is.

You can lose your skills just as fast as you learned them if you don't practice.

You can forget a language just as fast as you learnt it.
