Are there any cases in which 'just' and 'only' are not interchangeable?

Very few pairs of words are completely interchangeable. Otherwise, why bother to go through the trouble of creating more than one word for something? There are numerous situations where the two are not interchangeable.

We've only just begun. (You can't say here: "We've only only begun." or "We've just just begun.")
