Just and justifiable

justifiable * a justifiable explanation, action, use
just *a just complaint
I got these two examples from my dictionary.
in my mother tongue both of them mean reasonable.
So I really don't know how to differentiate them.

As we use them, probably not much difference in many cases (except for collocational requirements like 'justifiable homicide'). Justifiable = can be proven just. Just = already determined to be just.
