Just a simple question!

I'd say it means that she still loves, but knows that it isn't good for her and she must leave him. She knows that eventually her love for the guy will go away, but she has to leave first.

Dear,

The following sentence is in a song, and I don't understand its meaning.
I'll never get over you getting over me

Could you explain its meaning?

Thanks!

Hello!
Well "to get over someone" means to manage to forget, to go on living as if nothing had happened, get better.
So, your lyrics mean, on the whole: "I'll never manage to forget the fact that you forgot me"
