Just a short phrase

Hi everyone!
I need to say just one phrase, without any context.
There is one event X that has been taking place for already 15 years and we are making a T-shirt with this phrase.
Is it ok to write something like
15th Anniversary
Event X celebration

Can I just say:
Event X
15 years

How can I put it short but clear enough?

Thanks

I have another option here:

Event X
15th Anniversary

What do you think?

That's fine, too, but you'll have a harder time squeezing 'anniversary' into the front of the T-shirt.

Thank you, Mister Micawber!
