Hello guys, I need to write a CV for future studying, could please help me to evaluate my CV and check the grammar if possible ! I will apreciate that, thank you very much

• Hosting and consulting patients.
• Working under physician directions.

• Responsible for seeking and corresponding with potential distributors in purchasing equipments.
• Accompanying the delegation in the Republic of China for negotiations with potential distributors. Responsible for preparing an itinerary, purchasing transport tickets, booking hotels through the fortnight in

• Responsible for planning, preparing appropriate lessons and extracurricular activities for pupils from 8 to 17 years old.
• Photography, video-making. Making different kinds of shooting and video during my travelling reflecting people’s life and culture.

How can I describe my personal qualities in a CV ? can I just list qualities like responsible, motivated, disciplined etc. or should I to prove by the examples ?
