Does anybody know what is the meaning of the expression Jumper weather? I saw it in a text talking about the weather in an australian town. Regards,

'jumper' is a Brit/Oz term for a sweater/sweat top/pullover/ cardigan.
'jumper weather' is not pure summer when you only need shorts and a T-shirt but not as cold as winter when you need wind pants and a parka.

I rekon it means that you need to wear a jumper or carry a jumper with you. In other words, it is a cool or cold day.
