jump tout / jump dout --- T or D?

Hi Emotion: smile, this post is about ED in past tenses in which it is pronounced T. So the question is, when ED follows an unvoiced sound, is italways pronounced like a T? Look at this:

  • I jumped. -------- I jumpt (ok, everybody knows)
  • I jumped out. ---- I jump tout / I jump dout (uh-oh! and now? is it a t or a d?)

  • as you see, I don't know hot to pronounce that t when it is followed by a vowel sound... other examples:

    • I watched it. ----- I watch tit / I watch dit
    • They are pronounced one by one. --- pronounce t-one / pronounce d-one

    • I hope you understand my question, thank you in advance.

For American pronunciation you would be safer to pronounce it as a light D in those cases unless you can say the T with absolutely no aspiration. The T is unaspirated there so the T/D distinction is somewhat neutralized. In the speech of some people the T is what we seem to hear; in the speech of others the D is what we seem to hear.
