Hi guys! I am still waiting for more suggestions, I know this is a choppy essay,but I think it is because I have been a year in US learning English.Sorry for my ESL errors, that is why I need help from you guys.

Everyone has a right to an education
What does education mean? The word “education” is defined as the activities of educating, or instructing or teaching that imparts knowledge or skill. According to the Human Rights Commission, the right to an education is the development of human potential to the enjoyment of the full range of human rights. Because of this, I personally believe that education is an open window to many good opportunities. Also, it should be a priority for governments to make education available and accessible to everyone.
Education should be a priority in every country. The education of today’s students from elementary through graduate school should be considered essential for a country’s future. If we offer a good education to our students, we will have students with excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities in different fields such as science, technology or electrical engineering. Although we know that today’s minimum wage for jobs has not increase in many countries, many educational programs from the governments have been closed by lack of economic resources. As a result, governments must prioritize their expenses for educational issues. If the governments do not accomplish it, we will have a high rate of illiteracy as well as low rates of people working in professional occupations. Therefore, people should be educated in order to make informed choices that will provide more taxes to the governments who may have to increase their educational budgets.
Although, many people share responsibility for the realization of education, the primary obligation falls on governments to make education available. Governments have obligations to respect, provide and fulfill the right to an education. In addition, governments must impart education from basic level to higher level. They should provide educational services and give more priority to instructing people. Schools in many poor countries are not likely to build up enough money for education, so in many cases levels of education are low. However, countries that do have money fail to include education in their budgets. For example, in The United States the investments in education are low, especially in higher level of education. As a result, many students after graduating from high school cannot afford a two-year or four-year institution such as college and university.
Finally, a priority for governments is to make education accessible. Governments should unsure that no one is exclused from education regardless of race, sex or religion. For example, it means that if a disabled student finds difficult the use of a service, then an educational institution has to make changes to the service. In order to make the right of education a reality, governments should provide more opportunities for peoplesuch as low tuitions, free educational programs that will enable them to get an education. Governments should stimulate and support educational institutions to participate in financial aid programs. It will help students to have more opportunities to attend college and get a higher education.
Education is an open window towards a successful future. Moreover, education should be a priority, for education is a fundamental right set by the Universal Declarations of Humans Rights. Therefore, to pursue the aim of education for everyone, it should be an obligation for governments to make it accessible and available.
