JUDr.

My sister-in-law has a master's degree in law and she's planning to take the JUDr. exam. JUDr. (Juris utrisque doctor) is a degree in Slavic countries. How would you pronounce the abbrevation 'JUDr'.? It's probably a silly question, but it got me wondering.

Apart from that, I'm not sure whether I have to capitalize 'master's degree' in this case.

Thank you.
