judicatory executive

hi, can anyone tell me what is "judicatory executive"? Is it a position related to court? I see it appears mostly in context about Christian church. Is it a position within the church?

The terminolgy is unfamiliar to me though it looks like I've had a look at the same Google searches as yourself.

It does seem to me to be some sort of adminstrative post working in the Diocesan offices which of course would be under the general direction of the Bishop or Archbishop.

The extract does say that the duties do depend on denomination and other factors. All I can add a
