a. It is not that they judge it based on some objective standard.
b. It is not that they judge that way based on some objective standard.
c. It is not that they judge so based on some objective standard.

Which of the above three sentences is natural, and which is not? Also, how would a native speaker say in such a situation as I mentioned in the sentences?

I'd say that (b) is the most natural of the three.
