Jude-a-palooza. Wouldn’t miss it...

Jude: Listen to that first song cuz' that's what I'm performing
at school tomorrow. Make sure you’re there okay?
Cuz Kat’s out of town and I need you. You’re my only wingman. Alright?
Jamie: Jude-a-palooza. (Something like toodles?) Wouldn’t miss it.

I don't know "toodles!"

It's used here as a sort of sarcastic superlative. ("Big friggin' deal!")

"Well slap me sideways and call me Sally!"

Edit. I checked "toodles," and I don't think it fits. ("Good-bye," right?? - old fashioned: "Toodle-oo!")
