Jubilation vs Jubilations

Hi,

When do we use jubilation and jubilations? I know for congratulation, we usually use it in plural but I am not sure if that applies to jubilation?

In a congratulations context, we usually just say 'Congratulations!'

There is a lot of jubilation all over Spain today, the day after their football team won first place.

Jubilation is almost always used in singular. It is more commonly used in the American south than in other regions.
