Hello. Which of the following combinations sounds better?

a) I am looking for a good journal WHERE I can publish my research results.

b) I am looking for a good journal IN WHICH I can publish my research results.

c) I am looking for a good journal ON WHICH I can publish my research results.

There are many electronic journals today. Therefore, as people say that things are 'on' the Internet, I have thought that 'on which' could be applied to journals as well.

But I assume that using 'where' may be regarded as poor English by the purists because a journal is not a place. Am I right?
