Joining questions

When you say that the pages need to be removed does it mean the links to these pages need to be be removed from ,for example, abc.com , or the links should stay but they would point to new pages?

Please correct the above sentence. I am not sure easpecially about how the the two questions are joined by or.

Thank you. Considering the questionee did not originally mention anything about abc.com ,and it is I who cited it as an example, would it be all right to put it where I had put it in the sentence?
