Join us. Paraphrase

Hi teachers,
Would, 'come here with us' or 'meet us' be a paraphrase for 'join us' in the following sentence?
A: Mary's gone to London to stay with Peter, so she isn’t going to join us.

Thanks in advance.

Hi ennon,
Thanks for your reply.
Could it be just 'be with us'?

I added "come" because she has to get from wherever she is to where you are, and that is implied in "join".

Hi ennon,
Sorry; the last one. How about, 'come and be with us'?
