John-like people

Please, is it correct to use the suffix '-like' with proper names.

For example, ' John-like people are rare.'

Thank you.

Hi

You could live in a house where a person is called John. Everyone really likes him but you might doubt whether it'd be good if everyone was John-like

The phrase is unusual but, yes, it works
