John Grisham - The Associate

Hi EnglishForward,

I just started to read a book of John Grisham that's called " The Associate", it's about an outstanding legal stundent who has a secret in his past that threatens to destroy his fledgling career. That secret has fallen into the hands of the wrong people.
Kyle has to become a lawyer at one of the worlds biggest law firms in New York. In addition to practising law, he must also steal and lie.

That so far. In my opinion the style of grisham is really great to read for people who learn english as a second language. I read other books and it was far more difficult to guess the meaning of certain sentences.
The Associate isn't one of his most famous books. There's one called "the firm". Does anyone ever read it?

some other books:

A time to kill
the pelican brief
the client
the chamber
the rainmaker
the runaway jury
the partner
the street lawyer
the testament
the brethren
a painted house
skipping christmas
the summons
the king of torts
bleachers
the last juror
the broker
playing for pizza
the appeal

and his non-fiction work "the innocent man"

My question: Has anyone here read other books of John Grisham. Can you recommend me some of his books, because I'm really approached by his writing style. Can anyone tell me about the firm?

Thanks

Alex

I once unintentionally had to pick up " the runaway jury" as one of my extra books at school. Fortunately, I couldn't put it down and had to finish all the readings in that night! It was amusing for me and hopefully it'd have the same effect to you.
