Not all who have offices are office workers. The President of the US has an office.
Accountants never even touch money.

And why clerk is office work? They are the ones in business cycle, aren't they? Selling other people's products...

A clerk is similar to a secretary. It is an old-fashioned job description.

Sales clerks sell things in a store.
Clerks work for managers in an office.

I did get surprised when reading that part, especially because the book was written by my religious college. Maybe they ran out of ideas of what jobs to be put there.
