Job reference! Check grammar and vocab pls

Hi everyone, I asked for job reference from my line manager and she wrote it in Vietnamese so I re-write it in english. Could you help me to correct grammatical and lexical mistakes please? Thank you so much !

I am writing in support of P...’s application for the Master program in your university. She worked as an intern, who was in charge of content marketing in our organization. I have known N... for 6 months as her line manager. In our team, N...’s key responsibilities included creating useful content to attract target customers and sharing content on social media or channels used by clients.

Initially, Ms. N... came to (us) with limited experience in marketing field but during the time working together, she demonstrated to our team that she had the ability to keep up in our competitive working environment and to handle all the various responsibilities. When she was assigned the tasks of collecting data and preparing content strategies for our campaign, she started making a clear plan as well as prioritizing her work wisely in order to meet deadlines.

Ms. N... got excellent communication and presentation skills. She knew how to put her ideas across in our weekly conferences and get along really well with other colleagues as an ideal team. She was the one who was not only stood up for her opinions but who was also open to others’ perspectives. Whenever she had a question about tasks alloted, she asked without hesitation and pushed on to get her work done.

As a seasoned manager, I have always appreciated her dedication and commitment for this job. Personally, after 6 months working together, I found her quite mature for her age, diligent, creative and open-minded. I believe that Ms. N... has a potential to take futher education in your university, where she could acquire specialized knowledge as well as pratical skills.
