Job Interview Question

Please help me out to correct my grammar mistakes.

ARE YOU A TEAM PLAYER?
Yes I am, in fact I was also part of the Installation Projects right before I started my role as full time Architect for WorkForce LLC where we were all worked well together as a team and completed some important installations projects for Business Offices that lasted for about 3 Months of physical work. It was fun working with others came from different fields from I.T's, CSR's and Network Engineers who shared the same common goals and it helped us built a rapport within the organization as well.
