Can someone help me correct my mistakes?
I have a job interview in English, and I'm not very good in English. Help me please. Pretty please.

1 Tell us about yourself.
I'm a perfectionist. I always try to achieve the best results. I take a lot of effort to succeed and I pay attention to all the details. I'm always checking all the details to make sure that I done a great job.

2 What is your greatest weakness?
I always like to make sure that my work is perfect and that the customer is satisfied. Every customer is important to me and I can only be satisfied if the customer is satisfied. That's why sometimes I spend more time than necessary to perform tasks and solve cases. But I always finish the job before the deadline.

3 What Are Your Pet Peeves?
My pet peeves are people who are not encouraged by the challenge. In the company where I worked last year, there were a few lazy employees. They were not motivated for any kind of work and they had a negative influence on the team. But I am always motivated and ready for the challenge. No matter what, I was always available for them to help them because I am a team worker.

4 Why were you fired?
Throughout the years of work my former boss and I have become not only colleagues but also good friends. Because of the recession, business was not going well and we lost our biggest material supplier. So my former boss and I agreed it was time for me to change a job. And here I am, ready to work.

5 Who was your best boss and who was the worst'?
I've learned from each boss I've had. I am grateful to them all for giving me the opportunity to gain new experiences and especially to those who gave me new challenges and opportunities to express my knowledge and skills.

6 What have you been doing since your last job'?
Since my last job I had guarding my own children. I enjoyed their company, and I was able to spend more time with them than ever before. In my free time I designed websites and sell them to some organizations. I also wanted to invest my skills to do something useful for people who need help, so I designed a website for an organization that collects money to buy food for the poor people in Africa.

7 Why do you want this job?
I chose to apply for this position because it meets all of the qualifications I am looking for in a job. I want a job where I can be creative and work on a team, and this seems to be a great match. After researching GFK company, I was very impressed with your services, and feel that it is something I would be proud to a part of. I truly believe that that the key to job happiness is to find something that you are passionate about, and I am truly passionate about web design and new technologies in web design and that is something in what GFK company invests a lot.
8 What do you know about this company?
I learned that this Company has a great work environment and is an employee oriented. It’s a place where strong contributors are rewarded. GFK company invests a lot in the new web technologies and training of its employees.I want to work for a company with opportunities and I know this company will definitely provide me.

9 Are you overqualified for this job?
As you note, I've worked at a higher level but this position is exactly what I'm looking for. This job gives me a lot of challenges and opportunities to develop myself in a field that I find the most interesting.

10. What challenges are you looking for in this position?
This job is challenging and it will let me use my education and experience. It's important to me to continue learning, and exercise my problem solving skills. To achieve satisfaction of every customer is a big challenge for me and I will put all my creativity in the team to make all customers satisfied.

11 Do you prefer to work independently or on a team'?
I am more comfortable working as a member of a team but I can also work independently, as well. Working in a team gives me more pleasure and it is much more challenging. I love to work with other people and help them in solving tasks.

12 Do you take work home with you?
When is it important for the company, no problem. All the tasks need to be done before the deadline, and when a company gets a job with a short time period to be done I am always willing to invest my free time so that the company can realize job on time.

13 What are your salary expectations?
I'd like to know more about the responsibilities and the challenges of the job prior to discussing salary.
First of all, salary is not a deciding factor for me. II really like this job and would like to do it. I have looked at the average salaries and found out that the average is between $35,000 and $40,000 for this position. I will accept an average salary for this position.

I4 How long do you expect to remain employed with this con?
I would work for your company till I feel that there is nothing more to learn here and I am sure the scope of learning never end because web technologies (will be constantly)/are always evolving.

16. Why did you apply for this job?
“I decided to apply because I really like the vision of your company and the possibilities for me there. It is a role where I can use my full potential and really help your company to grow.”

17. Why did you leave your last job? / Why are you planning to leave your job?

My last job was not challenging enough. I was not motivated to wake up to work anymore and I really needed a change. Based on the job description I really believe that I can find what am I looking for in your company.

18. Why should we hire you?

“I fulfill all the requirements for the job. However, some other applicants do probably also fulfill it. I think that I am a nice guy and help to create a good atmosphere in the workplace. You can contact my previous employers to question about this.”

19. What are your strengths?
“I am a very creative person, what is strongly reflected in my work. I also have good communication skills. I believe that communication skills are crucial in every job, but especially in job like this one.”

20. What are your weaknesses?
“I trust the people too much. I'm always willing to help others and is nice to live with it, but it brought me into some problematic situations in the past. However, as I am getting older I am starting to distinguish who I can trust and who I can not trust.”

21. What are your goals in five years horizon?
“I want to have a good position in this company. I believe that your company is a right place to realize my goals.”

22. When are you able to start?

“I could possibly start tomorrow, but I want to finish the project I currently work on. It will be very unprofessional and irresponsible from me to leave now. I will need one or two weeks. I hope you understand this.”

23. Can you work under pressure?

Yes, I can do the work under pressure. Pressure increases my efficiency and force me doing better work. Definitely I can term pressure into pleasure.

24. Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes sir, location doesn't matter. I can give my best performance in anywhere because I love my job and my responsibilities

25. What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

My dad and mom are politicians. My elder sister chose arts and is now in business, so my father wanted me to chose politician field since my childhood but I was interested in IT design and when I told my father what I want to do he promptly gave me permission but I realized that deep inside his heart he wasn't happy. He has always wanted to see me as a politician, and to choose to be web designer was the toughest decision I had ever made.
