Job interview

Hi! My name is Irene and I've just joined your forum.
Do you think that the following text would fit a job interview?

I have a Bachelor degree in.... that I got after completing a three-year course of study at a private university in Rome. During the three years academic study my academic records kept distinguished. In 1998 I got my degree with honours. During the 3-year-undergraduate study I had the opportunity to find an intership in Germany where I worked as..... I had to (brief description of my main tasks and of other activities I participated in in order to improve my organisational skills).
In 2000 I gained admission to the MA in.... The main studying subjects were.... I graduated in March with a research work for the degree thesis on.... (brief description of how it was carried out and what it was about). This provided me with the oppurtunity to work as....
In November 2009 I was offered a position as... at... (description of the work and the working environment).
I would like to make a contribution to your company because I strongly support its activities and the way it has always been trying to carry them out.

Hi, Here are a few brief comments. You sound a bit like you are repeating all the details that I assume were already given in your resume. The employer is likely to be more interested in what you can do for him if he gives you this job, and less interested in a lot of details about your past education.
