In most successful organizations, some people believe that communication between managers and workers is important, while other people said that other factors are more significant.

What is your opinion?

In recent years, the topic of interaction between employers and employees has been a matter of fierce debate. While some people suppose this is of the paramount important, others believe that other factors play a more integral part in the success of organizations. In my opinion, I agree with the latter view.

On the one hand, for the variety of reasons, communication between managers and employees is indispensable in order to conduct a business or organisation effectively,. The most principal one is that if these people cement a strong relationship with one another, they will probably enhance the level of job performance. For instance, workers would make a great effort to complete tasks assigned by their respectful managers. Another justification is that the friendly atmosphere in the workplace would help workers feel comfortable and thus increase their job satisfaction.

On the other hand, I believe that other factors such as salary rate and company policies make a more considerable contribution to the success of enterprises. A well-paid job allow employees to concentrate on what they do without worrying about meeting the basic human needs. Take Microsoft for example, workers in this company make a lucrative income so that the labor productivity is significantly high. Moreover, promotion opportunities, company pension scheme as well as holiday entitlement are outstanding factors on the grounds that they gives workers motivation to move up the career ladder.

In conclusion, in a traditional management structure, necessary though interaction and relationship between the high and low hierarchical levels are, I am in favor a view that other factors, namely employees’ earnings and the policies of company play more important roles.
