Japanologist

In my native lanugage the equivalent of this word (Japanologist) is often used. But I don't think it's the same in English. Is there a better and more natural way to say 'Japanologist' in English? 'Japanologist' is the person who studies and does research in the Japanese language, culture, history, economics, etc.

Thanks for your reply. I've already seen that page, but it doesn't solve my problem. Actually I need to translate the person's title. Is 'Japanologist' acceptable?
