hi there,

In iran we have an epithet for chinese,japanese,korean,... people who have tight eyes and i wanna see whether we have such an epithet in english or not?

The English clinical term is "epicanthic fold". I do not know of any non-pejorative adjective or descriptive phrase expressing a characteristic of people that retain epicanthic folds from birth. Dear Clive,

Believe me or not in Iran we have such people with such eyes who are originaly from Iran because we have an originaly Iranian decendants of MUGOOL which is somehow related to these east-asian regions.

And because of this I was so curious about the issue.
