Hi,

1) This is a quilted jacket. However, the sleeves are made from a different material. How would you describe them? Maybe 'smooth'?

2) Could you tell me what you call the fabric at the bottom of the sleeves?

"Smooth" is OK. I might go with "unquilted" in this case, since it looks like the same fabric.
