Hello,
I say to myself that only options B and D should be our correct answer because [wish] should be backshifted to [wished]
Would you please help me with this test? Am I right?

Thank you

Hi,
The correct answer is none of the options;
The correct answer is

Thanks for answering but why not B? Is [was] incorrect in reported speeches?
As far as I know [was] is informal and [were] is formal in reported speec.

Isn't it?

None of these are correct: the alteration of "now" to "soon" doesn't make any sense.
