Ivory-tinkler...

Never, in recent times, has a monarch
so shamed and embarrassed his country.Must we stand idly by...
and suffer the degradation of our most sacred traditions by this witless
ivory-tinkler (slave?) from across the sea?
I say no!
The Lord is talking about the new king of England who has American origin.

Surely he's playing a piano? "Ivory" means the piano keys. A more common version, I think, is to "tickle the ivories."
