I've tried expressing myself, would native correct it?

Could you please help me correct these sentences?

1 Buy anything but that/except that/other than that.

2 The product costs what the price tag says says./What the price tag says is what the product costs.

3 The hoodie is there for fashion purposes not for protection from the rain and cold.

4 The water is hot. I've turned on lots of cold water and very little cold water. (faucet)
