I've scrambled my brain over this one...

Can you please tell me if the tenses in the following sentences are correct as they stand? (It's the "you'd" that's stumping me.) Thank you!!

You'll experience a level of service that you'd thought had been long forgotten.
You will experience a level of service that you thought had been long forgotten OR ...that you had though

you'd is you had in this sentence.

'd is had when a past participle (like thought) follows.
'd is would when a base form (like think) follows.

Occasionally you'll see 'd after a question word (Where'd ...?). Then 'd is did.

The grammar in your sentence is fine.
