I've lost my vocab!

Dear all,

I'm old member. Naked Chef! sorry i post this letter by anonymous as I'm using internet out of my office. So i can not remember my password. That's why i cannot log in.

I calculated the payment for the temp staff wrongly that he's got $95 only instead of $104. So he need to get another $9 more. Finance assistant said memo is needed to amend this.

i have no idea that how to mention that difference amount. i lost my vocab!

So can I write "The number of hours are calculated wrongly so the temp staff,** got $95 only instead of $104. So could you please kindly process the payment for the difference amount for him?
