I've got few questions about how learning english

hello for everyone

I'm learning english all time and I think this is the right time to raise my english level but I've got few questions about that for english experts.

1.is it possible to learn spoken english without even speaking it?I mean to watch english videos and so on not to talk.I just want to know spoken english for seeing movies and hearing songs...

2.movies with english subtitles can help me to expand my vocabulary?

I mean to watch english videos and so on not to talk. That would be very difficult. I'm not sure it could be done -- certainly not very effectively.

That would be very difficult. I'm not sure it could be done -- certainly not very effectively. Why do you want to make things more difficult for yourself? It's easier to understand videos if you practice speaking as well as listen
