I've correctly written the two given sentences using 'small, slim' and 'small and slim.' haven't I?

I've correctly written the two given sentences using 'small, slim' and 'small and slim.' haven't I? Would it be better if I omitted 'and' instead, as in the first sentence?


1. Noli has a small, slim body.
