I’ve correctly used ‘with’ in the sentence, haven’t I? (Context: In my country, an ‘intermission number’ refers to a song, dance, or any other performance on stage which can entertain the audience.)

A speech by the club president drew applause from the audience. An intermission number followed with the singing of an Italian song by a certain Ms. Jessica Jones.
