I’ve correctly used ‘keep’ and ‘make’ in these three sentences, haven’t I? If not, how can I fix them?

1. Lois said, “Improving my diet and lifestyle will keep me healthier and make me less prone to contacting certain diseases.”
2. Lois said, “Improving my diet and lifestyle will keep me healthier and less prone to contacting certain diseases.”
3. Lois said, “Improving my diet and lifestyle will make me healthier and less prone to contacting certain diseases.”
