I've corrected these sentence, only a few not sure of PLEASE HELP

Could you please help me correct the ones I'm not sure of and tell me whether my corrections are ok?

- You'd be surprised (at/by) how many people are... AT or nothing

- Where was I/What was I talking about? BOTH
- She would judge me on/about/for who I went out with and the path I decided to go down.

- He introduced me as his best friend. OK

- What's the cause of your being mad?

- People who are drunk see things others don't. They are more attentive to surroundings.OK

- Of all the people he had to sit next to me/ Of all the people he could have sat next, why me. BOTH

- I drew a map so he could become familiar with the district faster. OK

- How does one district become populated with people from the same culture and a certain ethnicity/ethnic group. / How does a district go about becoming populated with...
- During the season change, my rashes get worse and worse. OK
