I've been wanting to talk to him about a situation. Or

I've wanted to talk to him about a situation.

Are both useable and interchangeable?

And

Either club is fine and they provide just as much/many benefits.

And

Joining this club is good because they provide just as much/many benefits.

Please pick the proper usage for me.
