It's/That's no problem.

I've learned that "It's OK" and "That's OK" both are pretty much interchangeable, and that "it's okay" tends to be used when a mistake is made.
(I'm sorry I stepped on your foot"...It's okay.)

Does that apply to "It's/That's no problem.", too? Are both interchangeable?
